A different kind of farm.
Reverie Farm sits on 370 acres of some of the most carefully maintained land in horse country. At the intersection of Pisgah and Old Frankfort Pikes, it shares a fence line with WinStar. It is three-and-a-half miles from Keeneland. The pastures here have never been overworked. The barns have never been filled beyond what the farm can do well.
Along with our own bloodstock, we board a limited number of mares for a select group of clients.
How We Work
We cap the number of mares on the farm deliberately. We think about boarding relationships in years, not seasons. When a mare is in our care, she gets the full attention of a team that has spent decades on this land.
The Land
A property with roots to the 1700s, pastures that have been tended the same careful way through every owner, and a location at the heart of Central Kentucky's Thoroughbred country.
The Harrells
Curtis and Beth Harrell have been competing at the top of the Thoroughbred business since 2009. Reverie Farm is the next chapter: a place to be present, not just invested.
The People
Farm Manager John Durr has been on this land for over a decade, and has spent 30 years on Old Frankfort Pike. He lives here. His sons Dalton and Lucas work alongside him.
